VACATION HOME BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once the completed booking form and £300.00 / $500 deposit or full payment is received, this then secures the home in your name. Or the full amount is due if traveling within ten weeks of booking.

Payment can be made by cheque / check or c.c through paypal. (Please note a 4.5% handling fee would apply if paying by PayPal).

Also £300 / $500 security deposit is also payable.

One week after your return, your security deposit is returned, if no problems reported by our management company, i.e. breakages, excess use of electric (this normally occurs when the air-con has to work overtime due doors being left open.)

A full inventory check will also be done.

Once final balance is cleared, we will send you directions to the home along with lock box number for the villa door key, alarm codes and password etc, our management company phone numbers for emergencies.

In the home is a manual, which contains useful information.
