The superb deck area overlooks the lake / conservation area with free use of the pool side BBQ / grill. Our home has been professionally furnished and decorated to a very high standard by a local interior designer and has several upgraded items that will enhance your stay during your vacation.

Bedrooms :

On the first floor a Queen-size bed with full bath and walk in closet and TV. On the second floor are three master suites each with king sized beds, walk-in closets all have TVs, two are en-suites. there is further a Disney Princess themed room with twin bedsand a Winnie the Pooh theme room with sleeping accommodation for three. Both rooms have TVs and closets. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms for extra comfort.

Child Friendly Features:

The first floor is barrier free with stair and door gates, baby monitor, pool alarm and full-length pool safety screen. There is free use of cribs/cots, strollers/push chairs and high chair.

Our quoted price will include Florida state and tourist at tax at 13%. End of stay villa clean. Pool/spa heating is optional.
